Intensity of Rainfall
Intensity of rainfall is the amount of rainfall in a unit duration. It is usually measured in cm/hour. In other words, the Intensity of rainfall is the rate at which rainfall occurs. The higher the intensity of rainfall, the lesser will be the duration of rainfall.
Mean annual rainfall
Mean Annual rainfall is obtained by the sum of all daily rainfall data collected from a rain gauge station divided by the number of days in a year.
Mean Annual Evaporation
Mean Annual Evaporation is the mean value of the depth of water (in centimetres) to be evaporated annually from the surface of the water.
Mean Annual Infiltration
Mean Annual Infiltration is the mean value of the depth of water (in centimetres) that infiltrates annually into the soil.
